Newborns
0 to 3 Months
Your baby is new to the world and craves your comforting touch. At first all the cuddles were lovely, but as the weeks go by, and your sleep deprivation mounts, you need to find a plan B that doesn’t involve holding them in your arms all night.
Maybe you feel overwhelmed with feedings and naps and are looking for guidance on creating a positive rhythm for your baby. Or you find that your little one is crying for hours on end in the evenings and you have no idea how to soothe them. If any of those things ring true to you, this plan is for you.
I can help you set a strong sleep foundation from the start by teaching you how to create a soothing sleep environment and helping you set a relaxed but guided flow to your day that will help both mama and baby feel more at ease as you get to know each other . With my proven tips and techniques you will be able to lay healthy sleep foundations, and you will feel more confident that you are giving your baby just what they need to thrive, allowing you to get off of dr. google searching for sleep help and instead enjoy this precious time.
This plan does not involve any sleep training since newborns do not have the ability to self soothe but rather directs parents towards techniques that will help baby calm faster, and sleep longer.

5 Month Old
“First of all we have recovered our ability to sleep peacefully at night. On average we were waking up 7-8 times to give our baby her pacifier. Now, it’s only one time for a feed, and she goes straight back to sleep, so it’s not stressfull at all. Further, the longer naps allow us to incorporate other activities into our daytime- for example, I even attended a yoga class this last weekend knowing she would be asleep for a full hour and a half! Finally, our baby is calmer, she seems more content now.”

18 Month Old
“A few weeks ago, our 18 motnh old son was waking up every mornings at 5am and taking one or two 20-30 minute naps. Not only were they short naps, but to make him fall asleep we had to either be driving or go for a walk. We felt our day had no structure and our baby was constantly overtired. Thanks to Stephanie, we have finally reached a structured daily routine. He now wakes at 6am, takes longer naps in his crib, and is a happy, rested baby. Steph was extremely kind and patient throughout the entire program, constantly reaching out to us for updates on our progress and always available for consultations. We had worked with other sleep coaches in the past but without achieving permanent results. We couldn’t be happier we found her.”

2.5 Year old
“Stephanie helped us navigate sleep issues with our 2.5 year old son. He had frequent night wakings and was refusing to go back to sleep. Stephanie gave us practical tools we were able to use that helped with my son’s sleep and also his general daytime behavior. She really made an effort to get to know my son and give us customized suggestions. I really recommend her for any family struggling with sleep issues!”

16 Month Old
“Before working with Steph, our 16-month old required a parent to fall asleep, woke at 4am and would wake up in the middle of the night at least 1 out of every 3 nights. Through two weeks with Steph she was great creating a plan for us and being available via text whenever we had questions. The check-in calls and her support definitely helped this process without a doubt. Now our little one goes down without any assistance both for naps and nights and if he wakes up in the middle of the night he simply goes back to sleep! This means so much to two very tired parents over here. Can’t recommend Steph enough!”
